DESIGN PACKAGES
Full Remodel Design
Ever wish you could snap your fingers and have a beautifully designed, remodeled space in your home?
From start to finish, our full remodel design service includes a detailed design plan, collaboration with contractors, overseeing progress, and installing all the final details in your new space.
Starting Design Fee: $4,800
Furnishings Only
Don’t have a “design eye” but have stellar execution skills? This package is for you!
AD Home will provide a design board, floor layout, and shoppable plan that includes everything from your wall color and light fixtures down to the little details that make your space feel complete. Items sourced for your refreshed design can be purchased on your own timeframe.
Starting Design Fee: $1,500
Hourly Consultation
Need a little guidance with your home project or help with styling? Schedule an in-home consultation or styling session to get Lacey’s advice, design expertise, or answers to questions about your new project.
Hourly Design Fee: $150/hr

After years of helping style living spaces for family and friends, AD Home Interiors allows me to use my passion, design expertise, and aesthetic to help other homeowners define their style, understand their wishes and wants in order to create beautiful, functional, and attainable designs for the space they call home.

When designing or styling your home, the options are endless and often overwhelming.
I’ll help you prioritize your interior design needs and wants to create an attainable plan that will have you falling in love with your home. Or at least get you excited about the possibilities of what your home could be!
My Design Process:

The first step to working together is connecting via the style questionnaire. AD Home will follow up with next steps.

If you’re a local Chicagoland resident, we’d love to visit your space in person (a video consultation is available if preferred). Following a site visit, we’ll send you the Project Questionnaire and request 2-3 inspiration photos.

We’ll review your Project Questionnaire, provide a custom proposal and agreement based on the scope of your project.

Depending on the design service you’ve requested, detailed plans take a minimum of 7 days. If included in your design package, we will collaborate with contractors to ensure our designs are possible and can be executed successfully.

Fixtures and finishes are ordered for full remodel clients as well as overseeing onsite execution and installation. Furnishing only clients will receive their detailed plan equipped with direct shopping links for you to purchase your sourced items along with a space plan and directive to help you with placement and styling.

If not already included in your design package, styling sessions are optional and available on an hourly basis.
