Building a Better Website

Here are 4 things you can do right now to make sure your website is outperforming your competition:

1. SSL Certification

Ever notice that some URLs start with http://, while others start with https://? The extra "s" means your website is secure, user data is secure, verifies you as the owner of your website, and prevents attackers from creating a fake version of the site, and gaining user trust.

2. Create Relevant Content

The only real differentiator between websites today is their content, and great content is what gets you found in search engines and converts prospects into paying customers. Make sure to consider the needs of your readers and align your content to solve their problems.

3. Compress Images & Descriptions

Good photos are typically in the Megabyte-sphere (that's 1mb+). Compress (reduce) those bad boys to 500kb or less. Plus...make sure to tag those photos with a description! Imagine a vision-impaired individual is looking at your website. They can't see the photo, so describe it!

4. Google Search Console

The is a FREE service that helps with your Google ranking AND it shows the # of individuals visiting your website, how they're finding you, if they're using their desktop computer or mobile phone, and which pages on your website are the most well known. Verify your site through GSC today!
